About Ben Giachetti

Benjamin Giachetti was born and raised in Spokane, WA, and earned his BFA and Minor in Design at Eastern Washington University. Upon finishing his education, Benjamin desires to work as a professional artist and designer. His work began in drawing; utilizing many methods, including graphite, chalk, charcoal, etc. Then broadened his skillset with acrylic painting and photography; adding to his repertoire and allowing him to use a variety of creative ideas & competencies.

In the last several years, his practices have become broad and diverse; exploring many different forms and techniques. His recent body of work showcases and emulates dream-like, therapeutic, atmospheric, concentrated, and hypnotic depictions; while showcasing his wide-ranging fascination with nostalgia mystery, escapism, and his love for sci-fi.
